With a sound and style comparable to Playboi Carti and Smokepurppp, St. Louis native and Alamo Records artist Comethazine has been gaining momentum from dropping heat like “Piped Up”, “Might Cop A Jag”, “Sticks Out the Window” and a slew of dope visuals.

The biggest assist Comethazine might’ve had in his journey to notoriety was when a fan swapped his song “Bands” with YBN Nahmir’s banger “Bounce Out With That” which had accumulated millions of plays and climbed to the top of the SoundCloud charts. Whether it was really a fan that replaced the audio file or his team/label, either way, it was a pretty clever move by whoever was responsible and I’m pretty sure Co netted a few hundred new listeners in the process.

Following all of the audio file-swapping madness, Comethazine blessed his fans and followers with a remix to Bands which featured Rich The Kid then linked up with buzzing video director and Lyrical Lemonade headman Cole Bennett for tripped out visual with Bennett’s signature touch for the stellar track and with over a million views in a few days things are looking real bright for Co. Hard to believe this guy only started rapping two years ago recording in his bedroom at night, salute to Comethazine’s grind and check out the video below.
